Changes to Services
Lesson times, fees, tutors, and services may change. We’ll notify you in advance of any updates.
Participation
Payment confirms your child’s place in lessons. Breaches of this agreement may result in cancellation of sessions.
Health & Contact Updates
Please inform us of any changes to your child’s health or your contact details.
Use of Facilities
All equipment must be used responsibly. Damages caused by the student or caregiver will incur a fee.
Behaviour & Conduct
We reserve the right to cancel enrolment for:
- Non-payment
- Inappropriate or unsafe behaviour
- Use of illegal substances
- Damage to facilities or harassment of staff
Lesson Fees
- $85 per session (45 mins)
- $480 for 6 sessions (prepaid, $80/session)
- $120 initial assessment fee (compulsory for new clients)
Payment Terms
- Payment is due on or before the day of the lesson
- Late payment incurs a $40 fee
- Unpaid lessons will be cancelled and offered to waitlisted students
Absences & Cancellations
- One free absence per term
- Additional missed sessions will be invoiced
- Notify us of planned absences early (e.g. school camps)
- For ongoing illness, lessons can be banked and rescheduled
Tutor Absences
If a tutor is unavailable, you will be offered:
- A rescheduled session within 7 days
- A credit if rescheduling isn’t possible
Photography Consent
Photos of your child or their work may be used for training or promotional purposes unless you opt out via email.
Acknowledgement
By attending sessions, you agree to these terms and conditions.
